At Eze Fit, our workouts are themed and designed for a purpose. Our goal is to bring you best of both worlds, combining weight training and conditioning for maximum results. We use weight training (lifting) to focus on strength gain and building defined, sculpted muscles. We use conditioning to maximize calorie burn and tap into the stored fat for efficient weight loss.

Which is pretty much when your metabolism goes into hyperdrive right after your workout, enabling you to burn 2x more calories throughout the day than you normally would, and even more calories into the night while you sleep. How awesome is that?
