At Eze Fit, our workouts are themed and designed for a purpose. Our goal is to bring you best of both worlds, combining weight training and conditioning for maximum results. We use weight training (lifting) to focus on strength gain and building defined, sculpted muscles. We use conditioning to maximize calorie burn and tap into the stored fat for efficient weight loss. 

Our program creates a unique phenomenon know as the AFTERBURN! Which is pretty much when your metabolism goes into hyperdrive right after your workout, enabling you to burn 2x more calories throughout the day than you normally would, and even more calories into the night while you sleep. How awesome is that?

Also, you'll be glad to know that no two training days are ever the same! So you'll never overtrain your muscles (which leads to injuries), and you'll never get sick of doing the same old boring workouts over and over... and over! 

Below is our themed workout, and the breakdown for each day.
BUT BE WARNED... each of our workout comes with a unique side effect.
MADNESS MONDAY
Lifting Focus: Legs & Shoulders
Cardio Focus: Metabolic Conditioning
An intense muscle pumping session, using barbells, dumbbells, and TRX to target legs and shoulders for a well rounded physique. Coupled with metabolic cardio using air assault bikes, rowers, slam balls, sandbags, battle ropes, jumps ropes, kettle bells and a variety of functional equipments for maximal fat loss.
Side Effect: Feeling unstoppable and invincible like a spartan.
TURNT-UP TUESDAY
Lifting Focus: Back & Triceps
Cardio Focus: Boxing Conditioning
A high energy  upper body strength training workout using barbells, dumbbells, and TRX to target and sculpt lean sexy arms and defined a back. Mixed in with an exhilarating cardio boxing program designed to torch calories, improve self defense, build self confidence  and relieve stress. You even get to work the mitts to refine boxing skills.
Side Effect: An uncontrollable burst of energy, all day long!
WILD WEDNESDAY
Lifting Focus: Chest, Biceps & Abs
Cardio Focus: Metabolic Conditioning
A wild muscle sculpting and strength training workout using barbells, dumbbells, and TRX to target Chest, Biceps and Abs, for an ideal toned physique. Coupled with metabolic cardio using air assault bikes, rowers, slam balls, sandbags, battle ropes, jumps ropes, kettle bells and a variety of functional equipments for maximal fat loss.
Side Effect: Feeling untamed in a way that's attractive and exciting.
THROWDOWN THURSDAY
Lifting Focus: Legs, & Shoulders
Cardio Focus: Boxing Conditioning
A specialized program designed to bring out your very best all while building firm legs and sculpted shoulders, using barbells, dumbbells, TRX, and other unconventional techniques for unbelievable results. Mixed in with an exhilarating cardio boxing program designed to torch calories, improve self defense, build self confidence and relieve stress.
Side Effect: An irresistible urge to punch things and challenge anyone.
FLEX FRIDAY
Lifting Focus: Back, Triceps & Abs
Cardio Focus: Metabolic Conditioning
An awesome upper body strength training using barbells, dumbbells, and TRX to target and sculpt the arms arms and back. Coupled with metabolic cardio using air assault bikes, rowers, slam balls, sandbags, battle ropes, jumps ropes, kettle bells and a variety of functional equipments for maximal fat loss. 
Side Effect: Feeling so good you can't help but show off!
SUPERHERO SATURDAY
Lifting Focus: Chest, Biceps & Abs
Cardio Focus: Boxing Conditioning
A  superhero style upper body muscle sculpting and strength training workout using barbells, dumbbells, and TRX to target Chest, Biceps and Abs, for an ideal toned physique. Mixed in with an exhilarating cardio boxing program designed to torch calories, improve self defense, build self confidence and relieve stress.
Side Effect: An uncontainable impulse to go out and start saving lives.

JEMAND EZEONWUKA (BATMAN)

FOUNDER & OWNER

Jemand has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. He started out as a trainer in several big-box gyms in NJ and NYC, but always knew he was destined for more. Jemand was always passionate about the “personal” aspect of training and he knew that the people he can impact and transform within a big-box gym were limited. He wanted to touch more lives. Within 8 months of leaving a corporate gym, Eze Fitness was born in 2010. Jemand is also a published author, speaker, motivator, and WBFF pro athlete. Above all else, Jemand is a devoted husband to Kiko and proud father to their son Kai, daughter Aya, and fur “baby” Winterfell.

KIKO EZEONWUKA (SUPER MOM)

OWNER & ACCOUNT MANAGER

Kiko started Eze Fitness with Jemand, in 2010. Although you may not see Kiko in the trenches of the gyms, she works diligently behind the scenes to make sure Eze Fitness is ran with great care and love. Eze Fitness is not a business, but a family to her, and Kiko has been planting the seeds and nurturing it since Day 1. Kiko firmly believes that good nutrition and being active is a lifestyle, but also understands that a life without pizza and ice cream is no life at all. Kiko is a loving wife to Jemand and mom to their son Kai, daughters Aya & Umi, and fur baby Winterfell. As Account Manager, Kiko is here to answer all billing related questions. JON LAZO (IRON MAN)

MASTER COACH, EZE FIT HOWELL FOUNDING PARTNER/ OWNER

Jon’s passion for health & fitness has made him eager to inspire, motivate, and transform lives. As a true leader, Jon always looks to go above and beyond, in every aspect, of improving one’s well-being. His explosive enthusiasm will, hands down, motivate you to reach your fitness goals. As a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Jon specializes in: Personal Training, Toning and General Fitness, Nutrition Accountability, Group Exercise, Core Training, Corrective Exercise, Kinesiology Taping and Active Release sessions. When he’s not helping clients achieve their fitness goals, Jon can most likely be found at your local coffee shop reading, relaxing, or just catching up on life. His motto, “The ultimate key to success is creating the best version of one’s self.”

HAFIZ MONTGOMERY (FLASH)

DIRECTOR OF BOXING

Hafiz Montgomery, better known as “Flash”, is a professional boxer from Ocean County who has been in the sport of boxing since the age of 14. In June of 2017, after only 2 short years of training in the professional ranks, he finally achieved one of his many childhood goals and became the World Boxing Foundation (WBF) Jr. North American Cruiserweight world title holder. Hafiz loves working with those who have the desire to learn or advance their boxing skill and he enjoys the satisfaction of seeing them reach their goals. As a family man, he believes that family always comes first and treats everyone as if they were his own. Boxing is his passion, but you can always catch at one of his children’s events. 

TARA MALLETT (MUFFIN MASTER)

DIRECTOR OF OPERATATIONS 

Once just a client of Eze Fitness, Tara became instantly hooked on the Eze way of life. It wasn’t long before she became a member of the team and filled the much-needed position of Eze Fitness Operations Manager and EzeInspires Charity Event Coordinator. She prides herself on making sure her Fit Family is always taken care of. You name it, this girl does it! In 2015, when she joined the Eze Fit Team, Tara completed her certification as an AASDN Nutritionist. Shortly after in early 2016, she launched her Mighty Muscle Muffin business and began the inevitable story of a 3rd generation baker turned fitness enthusiast pumping out the cleanest and most sinfully delicious protein muffin products imaginable. 

SHARYE MARINOFF (WONDER WOMAN)

TRANSFORMATION COACH / BOOTY SPECIALIST

Sharye Marinoff has always had a love for physical activity and exercise. She practiced judo for a number of years in junior high school, and her dedication in the gym throughout this time is what has set her apart from so many others in the fitness and field. Sharye is a nationally qualified NPC figure competitor who has finished in the top five each time she stepped on stage. She strives to constantly improve her physique to beat only herself, and to constantly push herself out of her comfort zone. She lives a committed lifestyle to her health to continue to reach her goals. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Life Coach and working on her nutritional coaching certification. Her passion of helping others create the healthiest physical version of themselves is what Sharye loves and prides herself on. She incorporates weightlifting, conditioning, as well as life and nutritional coaching to help others transform their lives.

RASHON WALKER (THE PUNISHER)

TRANSFORMATION COACH

Rashon got into the fitness field because of his passion for transforming lives and helping people see the strength they have within themselves, even before they do. It gets him fired up every time he sees his clients achieve their goals.  As a former collegiate football player, Rashon also work with youth athletes in sports performance training, helping young athletes become more agile, flexible, and powerful. Right after college, while pursuing a criminal justice career, he also worked as a Behavior Therapist with kids with Autism, and did the job for approximately four years. When he's not transforming lives, you can Rashon doing what he loves most. He's been training in the art of Muy Thai kickboxing for roughly 8 years, and now trains clients in cardio kickboxing, during which they learn the fundamentals of striking (punches, kicks, elbows, and knees).
